Potato zrazy with mushrooms
Ingredients
7 Potato
1 Eggs
30 g Butter
1 Onion
6 Champignons
50 g Cheese
salt and pepper
Breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil
Instructions
We prepare thick mashed potatoes.
Fry the onion in a frying pan, then add the chopped champignons to it.
As soon as they are slightly covered with a crust, add the butter so that the mushrooms give a flavor.
We fill the potato tortillas with the resulting minced meat and carefully form the zrazy from them.
Roll in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
It turns out to be extremely tasty and satisfying, almost like fried chanterelles with potatoes.
