Cake “The Bear”
The Bear cake is one of the most beloved in our family.

A list of necessary products.
For the cake cakes we will need:
Sour cream – 1 cup Sugar – 1 cup Butter – 50g Flour – 3 cups Baking soda – 0.5 tsp. Vinegar – 0.5 tbsp.l. , For the cream: Sour cream – 2 cups Sugar – 1 cup Finely chopped walnuts – 1 cup
For the glaze:
Cocoa powder – 4 tsp. Sugar – 4 tbsp.l. Milk – 3 tbsp.l. Butter – 30g
Making a cake is very simple:
Add sugar and baking soda, slaked with vinegar, to the sour cream and mix thoroughly.
Add the softened butter and flour.
Knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands, divide it into 4 parts.
We make a round cake from each part of the dough, bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until it turns yellow.

While the cakes are baking, we make the cream. It‘s quite simple here. Mix sour cream with sugar, stir until sugar dissolves, add finely chopped walnuts.

We generously lubricate the finished cakes with the resulting cream, except for the top cake.

The result is like this.

Next, you need to give the cakes time to soak in the cream. I usually put a 6-liter canister of water on top as a press and leave it overnight.

In the morning, you need to cook the glaze. In an aluminum ladle, I mix cocoa powder with sugar and add milk. I put it on the stove on a slow fire and stir constantly until the contents of the ladle begin to bubble.
Remove from heat and set aside. Add the butter and stir well to make a homogeneous mass.

Immediately, while the glaze is hot, I evenly distribute it over the surface of the top cake and put the finished cake in the refrigerator so that the glaze freezes.

The recipe is taken from my favorite Retired people in life.
