Ancient recipes of Russian mushroom cuisine.
Steam the rice and rinse. Boil the diced mushrooms in salted water (you can replace them with other mushrooms). Separately fry the onion in butter until golden brown. Mix all the above ingredients, add salt and ground black pepper.
Knead the dough from eggs, flour and sour cream, roll it out thinly and put it in a greased form. They are filled with stuffing, and the mold is sealed with a lid molded from dough. Pour thick tea over it and send it to languish in the oven. Sour cream is served to the finished pate.

The following amount of ingredients is used to prepare the paste: half a kilogram of fresh mushrooms, one egg, one hundred grams of rice, six hundred grams of flour, two hundred grams of sour cream, two medium onions, one tablespoon of butter and two tablespoons of melted butter.
