Wheat flour – 500 g
Warm water – 250 ml
Milk – 100 ml
Dry yeast – 7 g (or 20 g fresh)
Sugar – 1 tbsp .
Salt – 1 tsp .
Egg – 1 pc.
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.

Step-by-step instructions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water and milk, add sugar. Let stand for 10 minutes. Add the egg, salt and vegetable oil. Gradually add the sifted flour, kneading the dough. Knead for 7-10 minutes, until the dough becomes soft and elastic.
Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
Remember, give another 20 minutes to rest, and you can sculpt.
Divide the dough into 12 balls, spread on a greased table. (Without flour, otherwise it will burn).
This dough for whites gives a wonderful splendor and holds the filling well.
We flatten the ball slightly and add a tablespoon of minced meat (about 35 g), pinch it like khinkali into a bag and leave it on the table with the pinch down.
Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side in well–heated oil.
The filling is prepared in advance.
250 g beef
250 g pork
medium onion
Pass through a meat grinder, add salt and pepper on the tip of a knife. Leave to marinate slightly while the dough is being prepared.
