Instructions
The attention of baking lovers is offered a Brazilian pie with an exotic “surname” – the paulista cake, which is essentially just a pie with an unusual combination of quite affordable ingredients for us. Quite an ordinary oven and molds for baking cupcakes or cakes are suitable for cooking this.
Fry the peeled and finely chopped mushrooms in a small amount of vegetable oil, then put them in a bowl with finely chopped pumpkin, add a little salt, add pepper (preferably ground black) and bake in the oven for about half an hour.
Beat eggs with sour milk (you can use unleavened milk, but then you will need baking powder) and a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add flour and grated cheese (almost any kind, and dried cheese will do), add a little salt and baking soda. Mix everything quickly and thoroughly.
Put the dough in the molds. Add finely chopped garlic and herbs to the baked filling to taste (oregano is traditionally present, that is, oregano, but in principle any fragrant herb with a strong aroma is good), mix and place in molds on top of the dough. Bake for 20-25 minutes at medium oven temperature. If divided into small ones
